# Statistiques

Avec les statistiques, il est possible de visualiser toutes les étapes du traitement des tickets en vue liste.

Ces statistiques prennent en compte :

* La date d'ouverture ;
* Le TTO (Time To Own) ;
* Le TTR (Time To Resolve) ;
* La date de résolution (passage au statut fermé) ;
* Les différents temps :
  * Prise en compte ;
  * Résolution ;
  * En attente ;

Si les SLA ne sont pas respectés, la ligne concernée (TTO ou TTR) sera mise en évidence en rouge.
