# Tickets

L'onglet *Tickets* est utilisé pour créer un ticket associé à l'objet actuel. Il liste également les tickets déjà liés à l'objet.

Vous pouvez en créer un nouveau, puis le lier en cliquant sur **Nouveaux tickets pour cet élément**.

Vous ne pouvez pas lier un ticket existant ici. Si vous souhaitez lier un ticket existant, allez dans [**`assistance`** > **`tickets`**](/documentation/fr/modules/assistance/tickets.md). Sélectionnez le ticket pertinent et allez dans l'onglet de l'élément.

Un second tableau liste les tickets attachés aux éléments liés.
