### Quelle est la fonctionnalité `Unread` ?

Grâce à **`non lus`** vous ne manquerez plus un seul message de GLPI. Quand une nouvelle activité a lieu sur votre instance, une notification apparaîtra pour vous informer qu'une nouvelle notification non lue est disponible.

### Quelle est la différence entre **`Par utilisateur assistance ; partagé central`** et **`Par utilisateur`**

* **`Par utilisateur assistance ; partagé central`** : les utilisateurs avec le profil libre-service seront notifiés des tickets dont ils sont les demandeurs. Les techniciens, pour leur part, partageront les notifications. Si une notification est lue, elle sera marquée comme lue pour tous les autres techniciens.
* **`Par utilisateur`** : chaque utilisateur aura accès à sa propre file de notifications incluant celles de son groupe et de ses affectations individuelles.

### Pouvons-nous avoir un comportement différent `d'Unread` d'une entité à l'autre ?

Oui. Ceci peut être configuré dans **`Administration`** > **`Entités`**. Choisissez l'entité qui vous convient et faites les paramètres nécessaires dans l'onglet **`non lus`**.
