# Configuration des actions automatiques

Dans la plupart des cas, ce problème vient du **mode d'exécution** de l'action automatique.

En mode **GLPI**, il est normal que vos actions aient des problèmes de déclenchement la nuit / le weekend, car ces actions ne sont déclenchées que par l'activité utilisateur dans l'interface **GLPI**.

En mode **CLI** en revanche, les actions automatiques seront déclenchées par notre système interne, indépendamment de l'activité dans **GLPI**.

Le mode **CLI** est donc recommandé, il est activé par défaut sur les instances payantes (déclenchement toutes les 15 minutes), si vous êtes en période d'essai, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter, nous pouvons l'activer à la demande.
